Q: What should I wear to the general sessions and other events?
A: Suggested attire for most of convention is business casual. The recognition gala is a formal event.


Registration

Q: How do I register?
A: There are two different ways:

  • Online . . . do it now!
  • Call 4Life Convention Services (for registration and general questions) at 888-454-3374. If you are calling from outside the United States, dial 801-562-3600.

Q: Can I put more than one distributor name on a form?
A: No, please use one form for each attending distributor.

Q: Where do I get my redemption code for a 10-pack?
A: The confirmation page at the end of the purchase process will have a redemption code listed.

Q: What if I lose my redemption code?
A: You can log in on the registration site with your confirmation number and email. This will allow you to see your code.

Q: Can I get a refund on a 10-pack?
A: There are no refunds on 10-pack registrations. A single redemption within a 10-pack can be transferred for $25. (If there’s a possibility that a visa will be denied, please recommend a single registration to your team member.)

Q: What is included in my registration fee?
A: All registration packages include:

  • Entry into all general sessions, workshops, and parties
  • Translation for all general sessions
  • And much more!

*The recognition gala is a ticketed event. Please purchase your ticket during the registration process.

Travel

Q: Where do I stay if I am traveling to Orlando?
A: 4Life has negotiated discounted rates with three hotels in the area. Click here to view hotel information and make your reservation.

Q: What are my transportation options in Orlando?
A: Please visit https://www.visitorlando.com/en/plan-your-trip/transportation for rental car, taxi, shuttle, and public transportation options.

Q: Where can I park for Convention 2019?
A: Guests will be responsible for their own parking. The Orange County Convention Center operates on-site parking at the West and North/South buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.

Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard, and the surrounding area.

Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.


Weather & Attire

Q: What is the climate like in Orlando in September?
A: September in Orlando is warm, with daily highs in the 80s and lows in the 70s (Fahrenheit). Rain often falls during this time of year as well.

Q: What type of clothing is suitable for this time of year in Orlando?
A: Bring a rain jacket and/or umbrella with you, and dress in layers during your stay.

Q: What types of services will be available for people with disabilities?
A: In accordance with the American Disabilities Act, 4Life provides assistance to anyone in need of ADA services. If you require special assistance, please send an email request to info@4life.com or call Convention Services at 800-989-4008.

Q: What translation services will be available?
We have a diverse audience with a variety of spoken languages. Translation will be provided at the general sessions, recognition gala, and main workshop venue. These languages will be provided on the basis that 50 or more requests are made for that language. If 50 or more requests are not made for a specific language, translation for that language will not be provided. If your translation is not provided, you will be informed. At that time, you will have the option to cancel your registration for a full refund.
